The vfdb has initiated the German joint stand to offer - not only to its member companies - possibilities to overcome still existing deficiencies and risks in Russian transactions.
Russia is a significant market with great future potential. The versatile chances of this market have come into reach as today's Russia is characterized by political stability, consistent economic reforms as well as by favourable macroeconomic indices. However, within a few years the competitors from western industrial nations will be represented more and more frequently. It is essential to establish sustainable contacts rapidly.

I would like to place special emphasis on the fact that the energetic support of the Federal Republic of Germany is a significant part of this exhibition appearance in Moscow. By this we feel encouraged in our mission and are able to outstandingly present our knowledge, capability and products.
The market for our companies in the areas of fire protection, disaster control, rescue services cannot only be found in congested areas like Moscow and Petersburg. To an increasing degree products and solutions are expected by the Russian gas and oil production companies, the airports and the logistics firms.
